I was charged by their office manager as I was trying to leave. They still had my keys. They continued to scream at me to get out and I continued to demand my keys. Bottom line, I was an unhappy customer who spent 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting on a simple service that typically takes 15 minutes. Im pregnant, considered high risk and have strict times to take my meds. I asked twice what was taking so long and got blown off. I explained I had important meds to take.
