Awesome people , in 17 years of owning trucks I have never taken one to the shop. Always fix them my self. Had ball joints to replace in my older chevy. Ran into some issues so I took it to bare bones. They are not crooks like you hear about other shops. They fixed what I asked nothing more nothing less. Top notch work all greased when put back together. I gotta say I'm very pleased.

Wouldn't go there unless it's something simple like an oil change or inspection. The minute I trusted them with a repair, they misdiagnosed, and it ended up costing me 3 times as much as it should of been. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to charge me again to actually fix what was wrong in the first place. Try to blame it on me because I said "vibrate" instead of "rattle". When I say I hear a noise and the mechanic says, "it's this", I trust you know what I'm talking about and not just guessing.

Front desk doubted my word as to needing help so I left to find a place that would help me.

Great service, won't sell you on anything you don't need. Been going for several years. No complaints. Won't take my card anywhere else. Stephen is awesome.

If you want to wait two hours just for an oil change.. Barebones is the place for you. Only two people in front of me.. And still took 2 hours. A person that arrived after me left before me! I could see they dropped my car through the wait room window and I still waited another 30 min to get it back. Good prices but I spent way more time then I wanted to, and my time is worth more than their prices. Also they didn't turn my car off all the way, so the battery was still running while I was waiting to get my keys back, 15 minutes at least. I recommend "personal touch" in Corinth for fast and reliable service. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Updated at 04/12/2019: They explained what happened and gave me great service as I usually expected. What happened at 04/07/2019: They were really good, good service and good price. However, I am so disappointed this time. I was told I need to do some power steering service last Sunday, and they need to order parts for me, they wanted me to call them one workday ahead before the service. Then I called them in Thursday morning, they told me it would be ready for me on Sunday. Sunday morning, it took me about 30 minutes to drive to their store, then they told me it will take 3 to 4 hours or even all day for my service (I don't understand how can they change the mind so easily), and even worse, they did NOT have my parts at all. Finally, I have to spend another 30 minutes driving back. APPARENTLY, they did NOT respect my time and trust.
