Got an expensive spark plug replacement, one blew off just when they were closed for two days. Because I couldn’t sit around waiting for them to fix it I went elsewhere. Then they wouldn’t reimburse me for the repair from their poor installation. All in all: friendly technicians but they’re not accommodating to customer circumstances. Wasted money.

While we're always happy to make things right ourselves, we unfortunately can't rely on quotes or work from other shops, therefor we can't reimburse their work.
