I have been taking my car to bare one for several years now and they are the best.

Had engine replaced and after a few days later, the check engine light comes on. Spent allot of money to get this done and even though I live far from the location in a different state, they refused to give me higher priority to be seen. Their motto is first come first served. Being that I just got the vehicle back a few days ago and paid over 3.5K$ on an engine I'm already in process of being served, but they would not recognize this. I have to travel hours to them on my birthday just to sit and wait for what I was assured was completed already with everything that needed to be done with quality work assuring work done right. They would not take ownership of the time and money I've spent to recognize that I'm already being served and should be first priority. It is disappointing.

My recent visit to BB was get my car serviced for my driver's seat remote panel; which was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was initially quoted one price, however once the part came in, I was told it was damaged. So, Stephen told me he would research to get another part. Later, later in the day Stephen told me they found the part and it was cheaper than the initial quote that I was given!!! This made be very happy; their honesty is a true testament why I continue to bring my vehicle and refer everyone I know to BB!! Also, I get my car inspection done there as well because it's no additional cost, like other places. What are you waiting for??? v/r Happy Customer

I went in to fix a loose under car shield. They courteously told me they don't do car body works but they still went ahead to fix it. At no cost!
