I have been going to barebones for quite a few years. I have always been happy with their service, their turnaround, and their prices. I will continue to do business with them as well as recommend them to others.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at BareBones!! John and his crew are totally AWESOME, and they are very well knowledgeable in their jobs. What I really love is the fact that they analyze the problem and give you a total price up front before they do the work, and they give you the opportunity to make the decision on what you can afford at that time. GO BAREBONES!!!

I am a long time customer with the Boneheads and always pleased with their knowledge, responsiveness and their work.

We have used Barebones automotive many times (the Krum location) for oil changes, inspections, tire replacement, battery, mirror replacement, etc. Every single time we go they are super nice and have great customer service. They do our service in a timely manner and answer all of our questions.

Great service

Have used the Denton location many times with great results. The Krum location...not so much. "Fixed" our car at what appeared to be extremely too high for a thermostat...$500+. Get home...leaking coolant everywhere. Took it back immediately and was repaired. No we're sorry this happened...here's a discount...no coupon for your next visit...nothing for our time wasted to correct what should have been done right the first time for that ridiculous price. Won't be back to this location. Beware people!
