Quick and thorough, they serviced my vehicle as if it was there own. Not having the parts to complete what they found wrong with my vehicle, instead of having me wait around all day they gave me the choice to wait or come back. They always have the customers better interest first.

Barebones has the best customer service, they are so fast and take the time every single time I’m in there to make sure I have everything I need.

I spoke with Vianey and he put me in contact with Stephen. These guys were amazing. They made me feel like I was the only customer there even though they were packed with business. They got right on my repairs and never once got rude or made me feel like I was bothering them when I would call and check in. They have gained a customer for all my future repairs.

Even though the I had to wait for a part, Barebones staff was professional and nice. They kept me informed and as soon as the part walked through the door, I was prioritized and out in 5 minutes. I have never dealt with a shop as upfront and trustworthy as Barebones. My family and friends and anyone that will listen needs a professional shop like Barebones, but their is only 1, until July 6. Then there will be two, 1 in Denton and the new one opening in Krum. 😁👍
