My son recommended Bare Bones, saying they are an honest and professional shop with mechanics that know what they’re doing. My son also said that although they are a “for profit” business they are very fair with their pricing. My son was right. They diagnosed the problem with my 2007 Mini Cooper-S, got to work on it, kept me updated on their progress and finished the job quickly. I very highly recommend Bare Bones! The other thing that I was impressed with is the cleanliness and organization of the shop. I had never heard of Bare Bones and didn’t know what to expect. But as soon as I walked in, I was very impressed. All around top shop! Thank you for being professional, organized, fair and doing what you say you are going to do!

I have been dealing with Barebones for a number of years and have such a good rapport with them. Stephen is a true professional and their techs have such a high skill set. You will not leave dissatisfied. They are a little pricey but the level of integrity they show to their customers convinces me that you get what you paid for. They are amazing.

Great service, price and people. This review is for the consumers out there. Although Barebones deserves this, finding quality, affordable, trustworthy mechanics, have been in my history, hard to find. I'd send my family and friends with their last dollar to this place, because I trust them to do the job right. My Jeep Renegade was only 4 years old when I purchased it and I was 2 months in, at 72k miles when I was stranded on the side of the road on my way back to Oklahoma. It was July 4th. With a few minutes available to do a Google search and read reviews I went with Barebones. My engine went through 3 bottles of antifreeze and overheated several times after the previous mechanic I took it to said I was fine with driving it back to Oklahoma. I already knew what Barebones was going to say, I needed a new engine. What I didn't know, was that I finally found a mechanic I could trust, to do quality work, to give a fair price, only to do what was needed and all with respect. Everything was done over the phone. They were transparent and great to do business with. The only issue is that they're not in Oklahoma. They will seriously still be my number one when considering who to go to again.

Barebones Automotive and all the staff have ALWAYS been good to me! Great company and excellent staff and customer service! Prices are great and they will do whatever they can to help me, even if it’s last minute or if I’m in a rush and need help that day! Have used them for a while and will continue to use them! So glad they are opening up another shop out in Krum, TX. where I live! I can’t wait! Thank you for all you’ve done and still do for me! Highly recommend them to everyone!
