I never feel like I’m being cheated or hussled when I bring my vehicles for servicing. The pricing is fair and the technicians know what they are doing. I will continue to bring as lol three of my vehicles to Barebones Auto, when needed!

I wanted to buy in Krum to support local businesses. I ordered 4 new tires for my Ram pick up. I could find them cheaper but wanted to be supportive. The tire supplier made the delivery the wrong day so was not able to get them installed on my initial appointment. No big deal. I get them installed and spin balanced and on my way to work notice a vibration above 52 mph. I call and go back and come back to get them re balanced. Was told they drove it above 70 mph and no vibration. I again drive it on 380 on my way to work and still have a vibration. I was not confident a third time would have different results. I did call and ask if I were to get them balanced elsewhere if it would effect the warranty. They said no. Not making an attempt to rectify the issue. I set an appointment up at Briscoe in Denton and to also have a flat repaired on another tire. I explained the situation and they first checked the spin balanced and noted it was way off in thier words. They rebalanced them and no issues now. At my additional expense. They suggested your balancer may need calibrated. I did try e mailing you but it is not an option so posted here instead. With that being said I am now apprehensive of going here again.
