All staff were friendly and the work was exceptional! Chance and Stefan were great about keeping me informed and the prices were reasonable.

Very fast service, Phillip on the front desk was great! While I was there, he dealt with a customer who was not pleasant but he never lost his cool and was very professional. (Unlike the customer!) I will be back to this place, for sure!

I took my truck to barebones to replace a busted fuel line. They charged $227.53 to replace a 4 foot hose that cost appox $30. I was never given an estimate or what it would cost up front and after seeing the bill, I thought it was overpriced, but I paid it and went on my way. Turns out they put on the wrong hose and two days later it failed. I took it back assuming they would fix it right this time and warranty their work like other reputable businesses do. Again, no price was mentioned. I was under the assumption they were going to fix their mistake. When I came back to pick it up after the second time I was shocked that they presented me with a bill for $265.41 and did not warranty their work. I went back and forth with John for a few minutes about being charged a second time for their failure to put on the correct hose. John stated he didn't warranty the work and was in a hurry the first time he put on the hose because he was told I needed the vehicle back quick so he didn't research to see what kind of hose was needed. I'm not sure where he came up with that story but I never said I needed it back in a hurry. Whatever John, enjoy the extra $265 buddy. You obviously need it pretty bad if you run your business like that. Ironically, I'm pretty sure you lost a lot more in future revenues from my trucks alone than you gained. From my perspective, it only cost me a few hundred bucks to find out I don't want to use your business again or recommend you.

Very impressed with all of my visits to Barebones Krum. We’ve had tires, breaks, ac work, oil changes, inspections, etc. Phillip always calls to review and explain what our cars need and why. Their prices and turnaround times are significantly better than other Denton auto shops. Grateful to have a trustworthy place!

Honest shop! I went to them for a second opinion and was told my car was fine. Being I don't have so much knowledge about cars. They didn't take advantage of me. I'm definitely going to them for repairs. Thanks chance! Great service advisor

I have been coming to Bare Bones auto for over 10 years now. I love the home town feel of the owner and employees. And I love how they explain the outside for keeping your car in excellent running condition. I bring all my verticals here and have used them to check used cars in looking to purchase. I recommend Bare Bones to everyone!!

They did an excellent job replacing my fuel pump, they were very nice and kept me up to date through the whole process.
