if you have any pause, take you vehicle to this establishment. My 21 yo son purchased a Jeep from a bad human and before he even got the plates in the mail. Boom. We need a new engine. Bare bones team took a look at the nightmare. Even though I was ready to take out a loan and repair this mess, so that my son could remain employed (quite a feat at this point) They actually told me the TRUTH. This was not worth the fix. I was so amazed at the integrity and professionalism, I almost cried. They literally changed the course of my life by telling the truth and I will never go anywhere else. Greeted with decent customer service, but left dissatisfied. I was told that my car got jacked up and looked at, which I never saw from the waiting room window during the hour I was there. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but I only saw them drive my car once (for all of about 2 min) in a circle around the parking lot, and was told they drove it “for like 30 minutes” trying to hear the noise I had described to them. I appreciated the bit of effort I did witness, but sadly I did not feel like they actually tried to help me. I left with no solutions or even a hint at what was wrong with my car. Instead, I was told “whatever it is, it’s nothing serious yet” and sent on my way.

As always, they listened to all my concerns about the car. Looked at previous notes and checked everything. Went above and beyond that the headlights looked good together. I have been a customer for about 6 years now and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Car repair is never a pleasant task, however, Chance made my experience just that. He kept me well informed through the process. There were a lot of things that my vehicle needed, but not all at once. They were not just trying make a buck, but told me what repairs were urgent and what could wait. So thankful!!

I wasn’t too sure what to ask for… Chance, John and Stehan were SO nice. They tried to be respectful of my time and communication. Many thanks to this location. You guys are amazing!

Great job done on site at my home! Mechanic Bobo was very professional and friendly. The shop was recommended by a friend. Really appreciated the customer service and timeliness. They worked around my schedule (that had to change on my side) and in the heat too. I will use them again and recommended them to others!
