I hit a pothole this week and my car started having problems. Normally my dad would deal with this but he was unable this time and told me take it to Barebones because it's where our friends go. I am a 16 year old girl in High School and has heard nothing but bad things about mechanic shops, so I was really nervous coming into one. The front desk guy named Chance was instantly friendly and helpful when I came in and told him what my problems were. He got my information and didn't make me feel bad about my mistake. They got my car inside and I saw them looking at it thru the window. Chance came in after a bit and told me what was wrong and when I didn't understand exactly (I know nothing about cars) he explained in detail so I could understand. He even took me out to see my car where the mechanic Kaylen put my car up in the air and showed me what was broken and how things worked. She was very cool and really explained things to me and when I called my dad to explain what was needed he was impressed with my knowledge about all of it, they made me feel like a professional! Chance gave me the price of the new tire that was on my car and then a better tire for cheaper instead of trying to make money off of me, he even showed me the prices online. They showed me other things that were that were broken but didn't need fixing just yet which I felt was cool. They ordered the parts and I came back in the next day and had my car fixed. I feel like I met people with honesty and integrity that were more interested with me getting my car fixed than making money. Thank you guys!

Maybe I just got them on a bad year or something, but I dropped my car off here and confirmed with the techs multiple times over the phone what repairs needed to be done, they filed for ownership of my car due to abandonment. The next day I picked up my car and the catalytic converter was sawed off in their lot.

This place is awesome! A friend sent me Vinny’s number and he’s fixed my Audi A5 a couple times, but even when i go into his shop everyone there has been so friendly and helpful! Definitely only going here from now on!

I have been doing business with bare bones for many years. They always do quality work at a fair price. I will continue to have my vehicles worked on by them for some time.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is solid, honest, and maintains great integrity. I have been coming here for several years now and will continue to do so. Beyond their amazing integrity, I appreciate them for going the extra mile. They offer rides home for those who choose to drop their cars off while they are being serviced, and due to my lack of knowledge with cars, they are always willing to talk to my dad over the phone. I was lucky enough to have this company replace the battery in my Toyota hybrid-they are certified, caring and professional. Before I contacted them, I read earlier reviews and knew that I'd be in good hands. Thank you for being efficient and helpful. I also appreciated the 'courtesy' ride when dropping off the car.

I only went there to see if they work with CarSheild auto warranty. They do. Hope I never have to use them but if I do glad to know they work with all kinds of warranties.
